Scottish Refugee Council is an independent human rights charity that has been supporting and advocating for the rights of refugees since 1985. Our work involves the provision of services and support to refugees, advocating and campaigning for change and improvements to legislation and policy in Scotland and the UK and supporting the integration of refugees into society. We are enhancing and expanding our advice services and have new exciting opportunities to join our organisation and contribute to improve lives for those fleeing atrocities and looking to make Scotland their home.
In response to the Ukrainian crisis we are expanding our Integration service capacity to work with and support those arriving to Scotland access their rights and achieve their Integration aspirations.
We are looking for an experienced operational service manager to lead a team of advisers to work with and support refugees and their families building their lives in Scotland.
You will be responsible for line managing a team of 5 Integration advisers. You will also work with key partners ensure effective referral systems to improve integration outcomes for newly arrived families.
Interviews: to be confirmed but expected to be between 25th – 27th April 2022
