Scottish Refugee Council in partnership with the Social Enterprise Academy is thrilled to announce the launch of the fourth New Scots Leadership Programme. The programme seeks to empower refugees living in Scotland by building on their existing leadership skills, developing their resilience and becoming key leaders for their communities.
The programme, running from September 2024 to March 2025, will offer a supportive space for 16 refugees or people seeking asylum to develop their leadership potential. Participants will gain valuable strategic leadership skills, build connections with peers, and learn practical tools for positive community impact.
