The Health and Wellness Hub is open to everyone – including people from refugee backgrounds – and offers activities that support better health and wellbeing.
We work with other organisations to run sessions that can be especially helpful for refugees. These sessions include health and wellbeing activities with an ESOL twist, which means you can practice English and learn new words while also relaxing, meeting others, and learning how to manage your health in a natural and holistic way.
You can also take part in volunteering through our Transforming Lives programme, which includes full training and one-to-one support that focuses on your needs.
