We are holding free online information sessions for people who may be affected by these changes.

Our expert advisors will cover:

  • What the Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme is and who is eligible to apply
  • How to apply and what to expect from the application process
  • What you will need in order to apply
  • Issues you may have and how to resolve them
  • Where to go for support

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

Sessions will take place on the following dates:

  • Thursday, 6 February: 18:00 - 20:00 (in English and Ukrainian)
  • Tuesday, 11 February: 10:00 - 12:00 (Ukrainian)

Register for one of our information sessions here

Important: Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) cards are being replaced

BRP cards are being replaced with eVisas. Find out more about these changes and what you need to do on our eVisa page.

All physical BRP cards will expire on 31 December 2024 and will be replaced with eVisas, an online record of your leave to remain. You will need to create an UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to access your eVisa. Please check GOV.UK website for up-to-date information on eVisas: Online immigration status (eVisa).

Keep hold of your expired BRP card. You will need your BRP for future applications to stay in the UK. For example, you will need it when you apply for Ukraine Permission Extension scheme.
