As a result of an internal promotion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team as an Administrator, responsible for delivering administrative and reception support at our Glasgow office. This is a varied and diverse role that requires a highly organised and dynamic individual with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
A vital aspect of the role is to also provide a reception service where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office including people seeking support at a difficult time in their lives.
The post holder will support the Corporate Services Manager in the day-to-day co-ordination and management across a range of areas including: Reception Services, Facilities Management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Health and Safety and Information Governance.
