Back by popular demand, our No Borders comedy night is set to return to Glee Club on 28th November, following last year’s roaring success.

Last year the event raised an incredible £8,812 to support our crucial work and we’re hoping to raise even more this year!

This uplifting evening of comedy offers a stark contrast to the pressing needs of the people supported by Scottish Refugee Council.

Demand for our services is ever increasing as is the need for more resources. This is why nights like these are so important: they provide us with the opportunity to engage with our supporters; raise awareness and most crucially; fundraise to further our work in providing protection to those seeking safety.

This year’s incredible comedy line-up includes:

  • Mark Nelson “An expert at crowd work, Nelson has the balance of a storytelling narrative and involving the audience down to a fine art.” – (Broadway World)
  • Paul Black With over half a billion views on his online comedy sketches and a cult following, catching the attention of the likes of Limmy and Frankie Boyle along the way. “With his solid storytelling skill and ability… Black has firmly cemented himself as one to watch out for in the comedy scene.” – (The Wee Review)
  • Stuart McPherson “A highly engaging storyteller… beyond hilarious.” – (The Skinny)
  • Eleanor Morton “Smart, biting and funny.” – (The Wee Review)
  • Sam Lake “Within minutes he’ll get you to laugh your troubles away.” – (Broadway Baby)
  • Susie McCabe “I was blown sideways.” – (Billy Connolly)

We couldn’t do this event without the generous support of Glee Club and our talented comedians. Join us for an unforgettable night of laughter as we stand in solidarity with refugees and demonstrate that compassion knows no borders.

The show sold out in just over 24-hrs last year… so guarantee entry and secure your tickets now! >>>BOOK TICKETS!
