We run a twice-monthly Syrian supper club. Food is cooked by a Syrian wife and husband team supported by volunteers and a member of staff. We sell tickets to the events on EventBrite. We have run 18 events since August 2018 and have been hugely successful. The chefs are paid and income/profits generated are ploughed back into the charity that supports vulnerable people to learn cooking skills, menu planning, budgeting and nutrition.

Syrian Supper Club
Twice a month we invite members of the local Syrian community to our cook school in Edinburgh to make a meal and together we host a wonderful feast. This is open to the public who are welcome to join us. The Syrian Supper Club is part of Cyrenians’ Good Food social enterprise programme and raises funds to support our work to change lives through food which includes classes on eating healthily on a budget and a network of community cook clubs.
