Links Worker Programme - ALLIANCE

Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) is a national organisation that connects people and groups working in health and social care.

Our Community Links Worker Programme connects people with support in their community through their GP practice.

Each Community Links Practitioner works with anyone from the GP surgery where they are based. They connect people with local community groups, national services, and government organisations to help individuals live well.

Our Community Links Workers are based in GP practices across Glasgow. You can find a list of where they are located in our Community Links Worker Directory on our website.

We also have a dedicated Community Links Practitioner who works specifically with refugees and people seeking asylum. This service is available at the following GP practices:
