Migrant Voice is a migrant-led national organisation which builds a community of migrant voices to speak for ourselves and call for justice for all. We put migrant voices at the centre of the migration debate by developing the skills and confidence of migrants, including asylum seekers and refugees, to speak out in the media and on public and political platforms to create positive change.
From our hubs in London, Birmingham, and Glasgow, we facilitate spaces for community discussion, run campaigns, deliver training, host arts events, and tell our own stories in our own way. Working together across different communities, we aim to transform the debate around migration, campaign to protect migrants’ rights, and challenge racism, xenophobia, and discrimination.
Migrant Voice Glasgow Network invites you to join:
- media skills workshops
- exhibitions promoting migrants’ contributions and heritage
- collaborative publications
- campaigns and policy influencing work
- multicultural events, art workshops, talks, film screenings, and more!
All our events are free to attend. We also offer volunteering opportunities.
