Outdoors For You believes that everyone should have the opportunity to spend time in nature and outdoor regardless of age, gender, health, fitness, ethnicity and beliefs.
It has been proven that having an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors in nature can have a significant impact on a person’s health and mental wellbeing.
Our aim is to help communities especially BAME community, asylum seekers and refugees to improve physical and mental wellbeing by offering opportunities to spend more time outdoors in nature. We organise different types of activities such as city park walks, hiking, hillwalking, cycling, volleyball, running, camping, wellbeing workshops and more.
