Radiant and Brighter Community Interest Company promotes diversity through education, inspiration, and changing perceptions. Founded by Micheal and Pheona Matovu, the organisation uses their personal experiences of unemployment caused by immigration rules and lack of support to help migrant communities integrate into society and the economy.
We close the gap between Scotland’s BME refugee and migrant communities and existing services. Our programmes include orientation and integration sessions to address challenges faced by BME individuals. Through activities, training, and personalised support, we empower people to participate fully in their communities.
We also provide a drop-in service, a women’s group, a children’s talent group, and more. Please visit our website or contact us to learn more.
