Kirsty Nairn
Our Chief Operating Officer Kirsty Nairn works closely with the wider management team to lead the day-to-day operational delivery of Scottish Refugee Council’s Strategic Plan. She designs strategies that support operational delivery, oversees the development and implementation of organisational policies, and monitors and reviews performance to support our improvement agenda.
Kirsty joined the Scottish Refugee Council team in 2023. She had previously worked in various roles for a non-departmental public body that distributes lottery funds to good causes. For 10 years, she worked directly in grant making. More recently, she was responsible for business planning and review, budget and risk management, data and reporting, and project delivery.
