Linda Lawton

Chair of Staffing Sub Committee

Linda is currently Head of People at Highland Hospice and has worked in Human Resources for 25 years with experience in life sciences, retail, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing and charitable sectors. She has worked with both local and international organisations across all areas of human resources, learning and development and organisational design.

She is a board member of Highland Third Sector Interface, volunteers with Children’s Hearings Scotland in the Area Support Team for Highlands and Moray, as well as being a director with cycling event management companies.

Linda will bring both her HR and business experience as well as a strong desire to engage and harness support with and for refugees across our communities.
