The UK government has opened a new Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme
We are holding free online information sessions for people who may be affected by these changes.
Our expert advisors will cover:

- What you will need in order to apply
- Issues you may have and how to resolve them
- Where to go for support
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday, 15 April, 10:00- 12:00
- Tuesday, 13 May, 14:00-16:00
What is the Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) Scheme?
The Ukraine Permission Extension scheme is a free visa application scheme for Ukrainians and their family members with existing permission to stay in the UK.
Key facts:
- Successful applicants can extend their permission to stay in the UK for up to 18 months.
- The applications opened on 4 February 2025
- It is an online application: Applying to the Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme
- There is no fee to apply and no Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
