Knit and Natter Group, Ardrossan Episcopal Church

Our group was started as a small social knitting/sewing group by the church, initially for members of the congregation. When local Muslim refugees, housed by North Ayrshire Council, began to use our church hall for some activities we invited the women to join us. Some bring their knitting or sewing, others come just for the social interaction. We are still a small group, usually not more than 10 at each meeting which makes it easier to get to know each other.
