NHS Tayside’s Community Listening Service offers confidential, one-to-one appointments lasting 50 minutes, delivered by specially trained NHS volunteers. Sessions are available either by telephone or in person at participating GP practices.
We provide a safe space where you can talk freely and be heard — without judgement, advice, or pressure.
Our service is open to people over the age of 16 who are registered with a GP in Tayside. We support anyone facing life’s challenges, including refugees and people seeking asylum.
Both staff and patients can refer to the Listening Service by contacting us via email or phone. Interpreter support available.
