Flutura Shala
Flutura joined Scottish Refugee Council in 1999. She has worked with various refugee organisations, programmes and projects providing information, advice and support to refugees at different stages of their asylum and integration process.
Her role as Head of Funding Development involves developing and implementing a strategy to increase the amount and diversity of our income generation, and increase the levels of unrestricted income sources.
