Scottish Refugee Council is delighted to be working with a host of cafés and restaurants in Glasgow, who are supporting our latest food-inspired fundraising campaign – Tastes from Home.
As part of the campaign, and alongside Refugee Festival Scotland 2019, a number of food venues will be donating a portion of what their customers spend to Scottish Refugee Council throughout the month of June.
Funds raised will support Scottish Refugee Council’s wide-ranging services, which includes giving one-to-one support to newly-arrived refugees, and running advice sessions for families, to hiring interpreters, or providing emergency grants to destitute asylum seekers.
