Telephone Advice service

0141 223 7979

Scottish Refugee Council is launching a new telephone advice service for people across Scotland looking for advice and information on refugee and asylum issues.

The telephone advice service will help more asylum seekers, refugees and agencies get the correct and most up-to-date information and will make referrals and signposting to other services smoother and more efficient.

This service is for anyone in Scotland who is still in the asylum system or has received some form of leave to remain. It is also for people from agencies that work with refugees and people seeking asylum, for example, social work teams, the NHS and housing officers.
