Kaz Lyon

In 2015 Kaz qualified as an ACA (ICAEW) chartered accountant with KPMG, and has since then worked in risk management, and internal and external audit. Sector experience includes pensions, insurance, investment funds, asset managers, and several outwith financial services. Kaz is currently at Aegon (pensions/insurance) working in the finance function on a project to automate actuarial processes. Between 2016-18 Kaz was a trustee on the board of IntoWork, an Edinburgh-based charity helping people with disabilities into employment. Kaz has a degree in neuroscience/psychology and enjoys research and spreadsheets, and in his spare time, he helps run an escape room. Kaz has two children and is treasurer for the local community nursery.
